Job Description
In support of the Government’s Job Creation Scheme under the Anti-epidemic Fund, we are now inviting applications for the following position under a one-year fixed-term contract:
You will be responsible for:
- supporting the Manager, Development of M+ across operational/administrative actions required to maintain and grow donor engagement, including but not limited to all inquiries, generation of correspondence and grant proposals; tracking of pledges and related actions;
- maintaining consistent reporting and stewardship for all donations, and monitor progress of projects in relation to grants;
- developing annual impact reports or any other relevant materials required, and working with M+ and Marketing and Customer Experience Department to ensure information correctness and brand alignment;
- handling a full range of M+ Councils’ secretariat duties internally and externally including preparation of meeting agenda, processing papers and their clearance, scheduling of meetings, and minute-taking etc.;
- assisting with the solicitation process of restricted donations for museum’s acquisitions and programmes in compliance with WKCDA’s sponsorship and donation policy and guidelines; and
- performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
You should:
- possess a recognised university degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce or other relevant disciplines;
- have a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably with exposure to non-profit organisations;
- have good project coordination and administrative skills with experience in handling budgets;
- be highly organised, reliable, resourceful, self-motivated and able to multitask and work independently with strong problem-solving skills;
- be a fast learner with good working attitude and be able to work cooperatively with others;
- be computer literate with experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, with CRM and other computer skills considered an advantage; and
- be proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
