Responsibilities:

• Handle general coordination and administrative work of company secretarial matters.
• Liaising and coordinating with other internal departments, professional advisors, and governmental bodies as required
• Back up support between team members on any ad-hoc matters

Requirements:

• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• Well-organized and systematic, detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication, and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred

「Choco Bakery」專為顧客提供「度身訂造」的蛋糕或甜點製作班。
顧客可自己選擇喜歡做的蛋糕或甜點款式。自行組合熟悉的玩伴 ,一同享受烹飪的樂趣。
課程的內容由淺入深，適合不同程度的顧客，利用輕鬆的教學方法，教授大家用新舊派的技術、傳統式的食譜，連書本也不會提及的秘技，來製作出以精美的蛋糕和甜品，務求令到每一位都可做到甜品大師的水準！

「Choco Bakery」 是由前COVA的甜品大師Tommy於2012年所創辦的，認為要製作好的甜點除了要用新鮮的食材外，亦要配合適當的烹調。
製作一個蛋糕其實並不是大家想像中那麼的困難，可能困難的地方在於裝飾得如何花巧、如何美觀。外觀的確甚為重要，但有些教室只注重糖膠的堆砌，生果的鋪排等等，往往忽略了蛋糕的內涵，而導致大家品嚐甜品時發現味道與外觀有很大的落差。
我們希望能以最簡單的方式去教授顧客，做出有外觀且又美味的甜點。
