Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- To provide full spectrum support of Human Resources to the team;
- To handle end-to-end talent acquisition process from job posting to offer handling;
- To act as a HRBP and provide HR advisories to internal stakeholders;
- To manage the whole employee life cycle;
- To be responsible for HR reporting;
- To support compensation and benefits, training and office administration functions when necessary; and
- To participate in other HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- University graduate with major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience, experience in insurance or public sector will be an advantage;
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
- A good team player and self-motivated;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
