Responsibilities:

• Manage the supporting team to deliver HR and administration services which include but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, insurance and renewal
• Formulate and implement HR and administration policies & procedures which suitable for company standards
• Forecast and control HR & Administration budgeting, provide statistical analysis and reports to management related to HR & Administration areas for decision making
• Coordinate and maintain effective communications with all line managers and external parties to ensure excellent execution of human resources and administration initiatives
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management discipline
• With minimum 10 years proven HR experience,   at least 5 years or above in middle management level, experience gained from F&B, catering industry or sizable organization is must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a range of strategic projects while maintaining a practical and hands-on approach
• A change agent, resilience and with a positive mindset
• Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
• Analytical thinking with good numerical sense
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Well-versed in MS Office applications
