Responsibilities

• Handle payroll matters such as preparing monthly payroll calculation, final payment, tax returns, MPF contributions and other compensation & benefits related matters
• Ensure accuracy in attendance & leave reports submitted by operation departments
• Prepare post-payroll reports such as cost allocation
• Assist in C&B or other HR projects as requested

Requirements

• Around 3 years payroll experience in labor-intensive industry eg. Retail, F&B, Hospitality. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
• Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance, ECO, Tax regulation, MPF Scheme etc.
