Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end recruitment activity and act as an internal recruiter to provide HRBP and hiring manager consultative support in talent acquisition.
- Provide recruitment solutions, talent mapping
- Implement creative talent sourcing strategies including networking, social media, professional organizations to provide more access to the external talent pool
- Identify, evaluate and select effective sourcing channels including traditional and social media in order to meet business needs
- Work closely with line managers to understand staffing needs and selection criteria
Requirements:
- Degree holder, stable track record with minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience gained from sizable company. Experience from Health & Beauty care industry will be an advantage
- Creative and resourceful, ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles
- Proactive and result-oriented; willing to take up challenges
- Able to perform in fast-paced environment with high volume assignments
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
