Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team to handle full sets of payroll administration including payroll process, MPF and taxation
• Maintain and update employee’s personnel data in the HR system, attendance system and filing system
• Administer monthly reports, leave management and attendance records for operation departments
• Play a communication role as a focal point to communicate with respective
• Maintain good business relationship with different department
• Assist in other ad hoc HR related projects

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' HR experience, preferably in Cleaning, Environmental Facilities Industry
• Experience in handle Government service contract payroll, understand Standard Employment Contract and relevant regulations is a plus
• Good applicable knowledge in HK Employment and related legislation
• Proficient in PC application in Microsoft Word, Excel , PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
• Able to handle and monitor large workforce payroll
• Mature and detailed minded with a strong sense of responsibility
• Purpose-driven, self-motivated and proactive learner
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Passionate, collaborate and good team player
• Immediate available is highly preferred
