Job Description
Responsibilities
- Direct report to Executive Assistant to perform secretarial and administrative support to senior management
- Support the general administration duties
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for senior management
- Manage expenses claims for senior management
- Maintain contact lists
- Organize travel arrangements (flight, hotel booking or transportation) for senior management
- Handle conference room bookings and set up
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Handle ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- A team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Can speak and write fluent English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- At least 2 years relevant experience in a sizeable companies is preferable
- Fresh grad is also welcome

Mobility systems are designed to make transport more agile, optimise network capacity and efficiency, and facilitate travel while improving people and traffic flows, saving energy and curbing greenhouse gas emissions. Our portfolio covers such solutions as communication-based train control and signalling systems, integrated communications and supervision systems and revenue collection systems.
Security solutions cover such areas as citizen protection, anti-terrorism, protection of critical infrastructure and information technology security (ITS). Specifically, our ITS offer encompass network encryption, data storage security for data, transaction security, PIK/Password/PIN/Data encryption, security system management and identity management.
