Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR & Adm. functions of the Company, manage and monitor HR & Adm. services level and related projects;
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and implement the organizational goals and strategy related to Staffing, Recruiting, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Organization Development and Retention;
  • Lead the HRBPs to provide good quality of services to our heads of line of business including Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Talent Review, Remuneration Review, Performance Management, Talent Development, etc.;
  • Drive and lead HR integration, working with Heads of each line of business to build Brink's culture and engagement;
  • To provide market data and analysis for management review such as market changes in HK including salaries and benefits level to achieve positive changes;
  • Be one of the drivers on change and transformation initiatives, such as HRIS implementation project, Workday, Global Grading Evaluation, etc.;
  • Lead Manpower Planning and HR Budget for better cost control and organizational development;
  • Lead and review the Group Insurance Programs including Group Medical, Life, Employees' Compensation and MPF/ORSO for the benefits of the Company and The Employees;
  • Across all HK Businesses lead the communication strategy for all yearly events such as Pinnacle, Future Leaders recruitment, PMP process.
  • Keep abreast with knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law to initiate in policy and practice.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with at least 10 years' relevant experience in labour intensive industry, of which 8 years in management capacity,  preferably gained from sizable multinational companies;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to handle complex situation and recommend effective solutions;
  • Pro-active, agile with growth mindset to tackle challenges, formulate solutions and drive results;
  • Strong business acumen, interpersonal and communications skills to work with diverse stakeholders;
  • Experience in launching of HRIS, Workday and Job Evaluation will be an advantage;
  • Mature character with strong interpersonal, presentation and management skills
  • Excellent teamwork with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at different levels
  • Inspiring team leader to motivate HR team
  • Proficiency in Hong Kong Employment Ordinances and HR-related Ordinance
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
