Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, course management and coordination for Programme Management Team;
• Maintain effective day-to-day operation of the programmes and the campuses such as student records, examinations, equipment and participate in institution related events, graduation matters, course material and lectures preparation;
• Communicate with students frequently regarding attendance, feedbacks and related issues;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Higher Diploma holder or professional qualification;
• Good command in both written & spoken English;
• Good communications skills, detail-oriented and self-motivated;
• Can-do attitude with Growth mindset;
• Proficient in computer software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and basic hardware knowledge will be an advantage
