• Participate in development, review and implementation of reward related programs and projects such as salary benchmarking and benefit review
• Participate in the annual salary review and incentive and other reward processes
• Manage and conduct the market survey for assessing the company’s salary packages competitiveness
• Prepare compensation package proposals for internal mobility and new hires
• Review and update reward policies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Effectively manages and collaborates with vendors and external partners to ensure maximum value of services is delivered
• Provide trusted and practical advice to the business and HR team members on reward programs

Do you have experience in Reward?

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' of experience in Reward
• Analytical with ability to solve complex problems
• Strong sense of governance in matrixed environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication, influencing and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with growth mindset
