Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing digital channels of the company, such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. and updating social medias / digital platform to build up public awareness.
• Liaise with management team for identifying opportunities to improve online conversion rates and brand awareness. Ensuring consistent messaging, branding, and content across all forms of online communication.
• Responsible for managing customer services queries and day-to-day operations.
• With environmental friendly product experience is an advantage.
• Perform ad hoc assignments by the company.

• Bachelor degree in Communication / Business Administration / Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience and/or personal assistant duties
• Strong sense of digital social media movement.
• Mature, flexible, presentable with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, creative, initiative, detail minded and able to work independently. 
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese with bilingual copywriting.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic HTML is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS applications including PowerPoint & Excel
