Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment service including sourcing quality candidates, screening CVs, conducting phone interviews and recommending potential candidates and maintaining up-to-date candidate databases
- Be creative to explore new and effective sourcing channels, experience in mass recruitment
- Build a strong talent pipeline to enhance efficiency on hiring and retaining talents
- Provide constructive and prompt advices on the implementation of HR policies.
- Assist in new HRIS implementation at site level and work close with SSC on payroll migration
- Support other HR Administrative event, such as C&B administration, final payment preparation, attendance issue clarification and correction, report preparation and employee relations
- Support in corporate events and other HR adhoc project
Job Requirements:
- Degree or above holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant HR and administration experience is preferable
- Energetic, self-confidence and good communication skills in logical thinking
- Cheerful team player, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Eager to learn, good organisation skills and good computer skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
