Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily estate operation including handling enquiries and complaints from residents
• Assist in the preparation of housing estate periodicals
• Responsible for editing and writing correspondences and documents such as estate notice, estate newsletter, meeting paper and minutes
• Participate in regular estate committee meetings and liaise with committee members

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Property / Estate Management, Journalism or related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience in property management or corporate communications
• Holder of PMP License / provisional PMP License is definitely an advantage
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good commend in written and spoken Chinese and English (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Proficient in PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Estate Officer
