Our client is one of the largest non-profit organisation in Hong Kong and they are expanding their teams which candidates with more experience might be considered as HR Manager.

- Support the planning and implementation of people development programme
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors
- Provides full spectrum of integrated people management services
- Facilitate and support organisational changes in HR perspective
- Take a proactive role in service improvements to meet HR department's objective
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder with at least 7-8 years solid experience in HR
- Good capability to work with diverse stakeholders in a diverse working culture; from senior management to junior staff
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese
- Knowledge/experience in people development and assessment tools
- Strong analytical skills and detailed oriented
