• Handle all-rounded HR functions including on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, talent acquisition and management, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations
• Handle the recruitment program with significant volume applicant management and processing including all elements of selection and assessment
• Perform monthly C&B functions and payroll processing, MPF contribution and taxation matters
• Maintain human resources data base and employment records
• Prepare various HR regular reports and statistics
• Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements; manage working permit application and renewal for non-local employees
• Assist in Firm’s events including employee relations’ activities
• Carry out ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Degree holder in HR Management or business-related discipline
• 4 to 6 years’ solid experience in a full spectrum of HR Operations; prior graduate recruitment experience is definitely an advantage
• Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related ordinances
• People-oriented with good initiatives, energetic and a good team player
• Well-organized, strong communication and coordination skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient in PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
• Immediate available is highly preferred
