Job Description

Our Human Resources Department is now inviting high calibre candidates to apply for the following position:

Human Resources Manager

Reporting to the HR Senior Manager, you will lead a small team of HR professionals to handle a board spectrum of human resources functions including talent acquisition, employer branding, staff engagement & retention and various HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full range of recruitment functions including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews and on-boarding procedures
  • Plan and execute recruitment projects including campus recruitment talks, campus interview and job fairs
  • Take the lead in formulation and implementation of various HR initiatives such as employer branding, assist in staff engagement & retention programmes, and handle any other ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements

  • University graduate, majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of proven HR experience gained in sizeable organisations
  • Solid experience in talent acquisition
  • Experience in large volume recruitment is preferable but not a must
  • Experience in handling recruitment in the Mainland is an added value
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proactive, creative, confident, diplomatic, hands-on and result-oriented
  • A good team player with effective leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving for exceeding clients’ expectations
