The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Council and Nomination Exercise. Duties include interfacing with the Government, the Nomination Agent, internal and external stakeholders, managing budget and report, drafting correspondences, discussion papers and minutes, providing administrative support to the Council, performing duties outside the administration office of the Council as required, and undertaking any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

•     University degree with at least 4 years working experience
•     Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese
•     Proficiency in PC operations (MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing)
•     Strong analytical skills and ability to handle numerical data
•     Event management skills, detail-oriented and well-organized
•     Interest in arts will be an advantage
