• Supervise a team to ensure the team perform in high standard and proactive attitude.
• Closely collaborate on a day-to-day basis with team members for hiring, on-boarding matter and any HRBP related projects
• Monitor the effectiveness of all recruitment channel for frontline shop and factory mass recruitment, and explore all potential and innovative methods to recruit people in different seasons
• Maintain the accuracy of all recruitment records and personnel record
• Prepare various proposals and reports for management review
• Participate in outdoor recruitment activities, including shop & factory walk-in interview, job fair, recruitment day, recruitment talk, etc.
• Support office positions recruitment process as required
• Perform any ad hoc duties as required

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 3 years relevant experience preferably in catering / FMCG industry
• Good understanding of local employment related ordinance
• Independent, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A pro-active, responsible, well-organized, and detail-minded person
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
