This role will focus on developing yourself as a specialist in business partnering and talent acquisition. You will be based in our Vita Green Tower in Tai Po to help and support our operations units and ensure that we provide the best-in-class support in people matters. You will actively find, grow and keep our talents for business expansion. Meanwhile, you will also develop yourself as a specialist in the industrial sector and make an impact on using HR strategies to drive company performance. Moreover, you will also be helping to prepare and collect data for the team to enhance our people's data for better decisions. 

About you…  

• A university graduate in any disciplines
• Interesting in developing yourself as an HR professional with strong business acumen.
• The ideal candidate with hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. 
• Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills.
• Creative and able to think outside of the box.
• A positive, independent, creative, energetic and a good team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will consider as Senior HR Executive
