Main Responsibilities:

• Full-spectrum HR responsibilities, including but not limited to talent acquisition, staff development, staff engagement etc.
• Explore hiring channels/platforms to build a robust talent pipeline, and manage the talent sourcing activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering
• Participate in identifying training needs to foster a supportive learning culture
• Organize training and employee relationship program for the organization
• Participate in coordinating related staff activities / events / engagement programs and CSR activities
• Update and enhance company HR policies, handbook, and other guidelines to monitoring operation workflows, ensure all procedures comply with company policy
• Prepare HR reports regularly for management review
• Perform ad hoc project as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources Management or any related qualification.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources (less experience will be considered for HR Officer).
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong.
• Flexible, proactive, and detail-minded with strong communication skill.
• Strong sense of responsibilities and able to work independently and multi-tasking skills with can-do attitude and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
