Job Description
- Prepare of the regular statistics reportsfor the Service Delivery team, manage the database and record
- Assist in projects, administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Monitor the process of assigned projects and tasks to reach schedule
- Report the project and work status to Manager or Supervisor
- Coordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate effective communication and maintain a smooth daily workflow of organization
- Draft and prepare documentations and participate in meetings
- Prepare meeting agenda, meeting minutes, presentation and reporting materials
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 - 5 years’ relevant work experience
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Good IT skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and English word processing
- Detail-oriented and well-organised, self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multitasking
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Executive
