Our client, a PRC leading Bank in HK, is looking for a HR Assistant Manager to join

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of C&B operations including payroll, pension, taxation, benefit administration and leave management for business units.
• Handle expatriate work visa, tax and payroll
• Review and develop the HR systems not limited to Payroll, Time and Attendance
• Draft, review and execute the staff salary review, bonus scheme and other staff benefits
• Handle HR data analysis & prepare regular HR reports.
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects are required

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 3 - 5 years or above experience in C&B operations.
• Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese.
• Immediately available will be an advantage
