Job Description
Our client, a PRC leading Bank in HK, is looking for a HR Assistant Manager to join
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of C&B operations including payroll, pension, taxation, benefit administration and leave management for business units.
- Handle expatriate work visa, tax and payroll
- Review and develop the HR systems not limited to Payroll, Time and Attendance
- Draft, review and execute the staff salary review, bonus scheme and other staff benefits
- Handle HR data analysis & prepare regular HR reports.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects are required
Job Requirement:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 3 - 5 years or above experience in C&B operations.
- Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese.
- Immediately available will be an advantage
