Major Duties: -

wTo carry out recruitment activities and assist in leave management related duties

wTo support the administration of all-rounded HR issues as assigned

wTo carry out other Human Resources related duties as assigned

Qualified Candidates should be/have: -

wDegree in human resource management, social science or other relevant disciplines

wA minimum of 2 years’ working experience in human resource field

wGood knowledge in Employment Ordinance and other relevant ordinances

wFlexible, well organized and able to work independently and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

wGood command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

wProficiency in PC operations e.g. MS Word, Excel and database

wFamiliar in using FlexSystem HRMS preferred

wImmediate available preferred

wFresh graduate will also be considered as HR Assistant

The HKBUAS Wong Kam Fai Secondary and Primary School is a non-profit making co-educational English medium school under the Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS) which began operations in September 2006.
