Job Description:
- Explore your strength and interests from opportunities in departmental support
- Manage office operation including general HR & admin duties
- Coordinate directors’ schedule and meetings
- Maintain office appliances, supplies, couriers and mails
- Responsible for general line inquiries
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Who do we needRequirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Business/Finance or related disciplines
- 1 year experience preferred (fresh grads also welcome)
- Excellent business acumen and analytical skills
- Strong initiative, detail-minded and fast learner
- Exceptional prioritising and problem-solving skills
- Be self-motivated and willing to take challenges
- Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and independent
- Good communication in English and Chinese (Putonghua is also preferred
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
