Job Description:

• Explore your strength and interests from opportunities in departmental support
• Manage office operation including general HR & admin duties
• Coordinate directors’ schedule and meetings
• Maintain office appliances, supplies, couriers and mails
• Responsible for general line inquiries
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Business/Finance or related disciplines
• 1 year experience preferred (fresh grads also welcome)
• Excellent business acumen and analytical skills
• Strong initiative, detail-minded and fast learner
• Exceptional prioritising and problem-solving skills
• Be self-motivated and willing to take challenges
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and independent
• Good communication in English and Chinese (Putonghua is also preferred
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
