Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform office administration duties including office billing, insurance and license renewal, office maintenance etc.
- Perform full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment and selection, payroll preparation, on/off-boarding logistics etc.
- Maintain and update HR system and administrative filing documents
- Handling incoming calls, greeting visitors and reception duties
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Experience in HR & Administration is an advantage
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Proficient in Chinese and English Typing
- Willing to learn, well organized and able to multi-task
- Responsible, detail-minded, team work player
- Immediately available is highly preferred
