Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and implement a Government funded scheme that aims to create new time-limited jobs with subsidy
  • Establish, enhance and administer a database for the funded scheme
  • Provide analysis on programme progress and achievements regularly
  • Conduct assessment and assist in vetting of the funded scheme applications
  • Identify and implement measures to enhance the scheme effectiveness
  • Prepare relevant data analysis and statistical reports and documents required for fund disbursement
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to manage applicants’ enquires, feedbacks and complaints in a timely manner
  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments when required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above in public administration, business management or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years work experience in customer service, administration or Government funded projects is an advantage
  • Good communication, analytical, multi-tasking, problem solving and project management skills
  • Independent, detail minded with good time management skills
  • Responsible and self-motivated team player
  • Good in both English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
  • Immediate availability is preferred
The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Institute’s development needs.

We offer a 5-day work week and gratuity upon completion of every 24 months of service.

Work location: Ngau Tau Kok (3-minute walk from Ngau Tau Kok MTR station, exit A)
