is a leading human resource solution and service provider is hiring a Customer Service Officer to support its operations.

Duties
- Provide quality customer service to all of our customers through phone and email on our software and services
- Provide initial support to customers on usage and other problems in timely manner
- Register calls to logging system 
- Provide training to customers on use of software products
- Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Can learn new skills quickly, esp. use of computer software 
- Self-motivated 
- Good team player
- 1 year of post-graduation working experience preferred
- Customer Service experience is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
- Fluent in Cantonese
- Good spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Mandarin is an asset
