Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide sales support to sales team including handling customer enquiries and follow up sales orders
- Prepare quotation/ delivery note/ invoice/ sales document
- Supplier & Inventory management including taking stock, arranging delivery schedule and handling product returns
- Contact with vendors through email and phone call for purchase order and logistic arrangement
- Arrange shipment & delivery
- Handle ledger of receivables and liaise with customers and sales departments for A/R collection
- Data entry and general office support duties
- Degree or Diploma in business
- At least 3 years sales admin experience
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good PC skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Have a high degree of sensitivity in handling confidential information
- Multi-tasking, detailed minded and good team spirit
- Proficient in accounting or ERP software is an advantage
