Follow up orders with sales / 協助跟進訂單
Issue invoice and data entry / 開單和資料輸入
Handle and answer customer enquiries / 接聽電話及處理查詢
Arrange good delivery with warehouse / 與倉務部安排送貨
Update inventory and product information / 更新倉存及產品資料
Provide general administrative support to office / 一般文職工作

Requirements :

Basic computer skill / 一般電腦技能
English & Chinese typing / 中英文打字輸入
Sense of responsibility and detail-minded / 具責任心及細心
Good command of Chinese and English / 良好中文及英文
