- Perform general administrative and clerical activities of the office;
- Provide all-round secretarial support and administrative duties to the management;
- Manage business correspondence, meeting agenda, mails, emails, telephone calls, document filling and other administrative duties;
- Act as the point of contact among internal teams and other departments for administrative support;
- Coordinate with Sales Team and other parties to meet client request;
- Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma or above in any disciplines;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Detailed oriented, organised and adaptive;
- Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of MS Office is a MUST;
- Ability to type in both Chinese and English;
- Good command of Cantonese and English, ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage;
