• Support HR transformation in line with the Group HR strategy and business goals;
• Coordinate and lead the HR system implementation, enhancement and upgrade projects;
• Work with HR team, IT Department and external vendors to ensure the effective project delivery under the HRIS platforms and associated applications;
• Develop new and revamp existing HR analysis reports and workflows;
• Responsible for payroll administration;
• Maintain accurate staff and payroll information and records in HR System; and
• Perform other duties as required/assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR working experience;
• Strong technical ability and sound knowledge on the management of HR related systems;
• Experience in HR system enhancement and using SAP SuccessFactors including Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation and Payroll is an absolute advantage;
• Good at communication skill in both Cantonese and English;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment; and
• Responsible and able to work under pressure.
