Description

• Managing incoming and outgoing calls as well as emails with profession
• Handling with guest greeting and welcoming with great manner
• Arranging meeting rooms and maintaining office operation according to instructions
• Coordinating with couriers and office materials
• Supporting with ad hoc task according to request

Profile

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Higher Diploma or above
• Decent language skills, including Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Well-organised with team spirit under professional manner
