Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation of HRIS, process reengineering and C&B function.
- Coordinate with vendors in managing HRIS project timelines and resources.
- Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with the Company’s Code of Ethics, Labour Ordinance and related regulations.
- Provide statistical analysis and reports to management for decision making.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, IT or related disciplines
- A proven track record of a minimum 5 years of project management experience in HRIS, preferably with hands-on experience in FlexSystem in FMCG or retail industry
- Candidates who work for service providers of ERP is also welcome.
- Familiar with Hong Kong employment ordinances.
- Analytical, detail-orientated, proactive and be a good team player with innovative mindset
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Well-versed in MS Office applications
Working Location: Sham Tseng (Free Shuttle Bus Service running along different locations in Yuen Long, Tuen Mun, Tsuen Wan and Shamshuipo to / from office are provided)
