Job Description
Our client, a financial service company, is looking for a suitable candidate to join their team.
Job duties
- General admin duties
- Check the contents of the application form etc..
- Support different department, Operation＆ System & Sales Team Staff
- Scan & file documents
- Management of shipment
- Handle any ad-hoc duties upon required
- 事務作業等
- 申込用紙等の書類のチェック
- 各部署のマネージャーやチームスタッフのサポート業務
- 書類等の管理
- 郵便物管理
- その他必要に応じて関連業務有り
Requirement
- 2 - 3years experience of office clerical work
- Business level of English
- (Director: English Speaker/Internal MTG/ Data-entry/ Document Check)
- Communicational level of Japanese
- (Be able to read and send email in Japanese)
- Able to use Google Spread Sheet or Excel (Vlookup etc..)
- Person who can process paperwork quickly and accurately
- 2-3年以上の事務経験
- 英語：ビジネスレベル
- （社内のコミュニケーション、及びMTG、データ入力、ドキュメントチェックの際に使用）
- GoogleスプレッドシートまたはEXCELが使用できる方
- 事務処理が早く正確な方
- 香港で就業可能なビザをお持ちの方
