• Perform general reception duties including but not limited to handling all phone calls, greeting guests/visitors in a professional manner
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team, ordering office supplies and handling facilities/equipment maintenance
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required.

• Diploma or above with at least 1 year's relevant working experience in reception and administration
• Proficient in PC knowledge in MS office include word, excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Pleasant, cheerful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detailed mind, and able to work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
