Our client is a local industrial/ manufacturing company, currently they are looking for a seasoned HR Generalist to join their team. You will be responsible for Talent Acquisition and HR Operations duties.

Description

  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff
  • Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Assist with budget monitoring and payroll

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of solid HR experience in providing full spectrum duties
  • Working experience from sizable organization, and from industrial/ manufacturing industry would be a plus
  • With an entrepreneurial mindset and high energy level, you will be an approachable and open minded with the ability to drive and lead change.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills, able to work under fast pace
