Job Description
The Role

Responsibilities
- Assist in Human Resources duties such as recruitment, payroll administration, employee engagement, etc;
- Coordinate and organize staff activities and events, such as festival gift, Christmas party, annual dinner, etc;
- Perform leave and daily attendance administration as well as attendance system maintenance;
- Provide full spectrum of administration supports including general office administration, procurement, fixed assets management, company events, office renovation, maintenance and insurance/service contract renewal;
- Responsible for budget planning and cost control on all-round administration functions;
- Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing administration policies and procedures;
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Holder of Bachelor Degree or above in Business Management or related disciplines ;
- 4+ years of solid HR & administrative experience in fast-paced environment;
- Mature, self-motivated, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure;
- Strong PC skills, well-versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing;
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
