- Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, MPF, employee compensation and benefits, corporate insurance
- Handle offices administrative functions, including license renewal, procurement of office suppliers, vendor management
- Assist in the review and formulation of HR & Admin policies & procedures to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency of the HR operations
- Perform other HR and Administrative supports as required
Requirements
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 3-5 years relevant experience from sizable companies
- Less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Officer
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
- Good interpersonal & communication skills and experience working with a variety of cultures
- Good disciplined, detail-minded, responsible, hardworking, mature, with strong organization skills
- Able to cope in a fast pace working environment and have effective time-management
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
