Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to project team for project related documents.
• Assist in preparing quotation and tender bidding documents and proposal, and to prepare analysis report.
• Responsible for general contract administration and handle services inquiries.
• Responsible for data entry, maintain System records and general office administration works. 
• Handling workers attendance, employment contract and HR documents for project related.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements     

• Degree holder in Business Administration/Accounting or related disciplines with 2-3 years supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and fast Chinese Word Processing.
• Having solid knowledge and experience in project management, contract management and tender bidding is a plus.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with all levels of customers.
• Able to work under pressure, independently and multitask to meet tight deadlines.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer.
