Group Talent Management Specialist - Group Human Resources

We are looking for a professional who would like to develop her career in talent management field and will serve as a key member to ensure all processes and activities in related to performance management, learning and development are well managed. You will report to the Manager, Group Talent Management while working closely with leaders and Human Resources teams from group companies across the globe.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all system settings at SAP Success Factors to ensure the goal-setting, mid-year review and year-end review can be smoothly launched and completed
• Be the master user of the SAP Success Factors system and able to find out solutions to fix technical issues

• Responsible for handling all Ethos training and Digital Academy nominations by coordinating with Swire, entity heads, entity HRs and participants
• Responsible for organising promotional activities of training events and new initiatives, e.g. competition, promotional videos, souvenirs, flyers, e-learning, etc

• Liaise with relevant entities on movement of Swire management trainees and communicate effectively with different stakeholders (entity HRs, respective department heads, management trainees and Swire, etc)

What You Need


1. Functional and other Relevant Experience

• 3 years of solid experience in talent management or human resources functions at sizable organisations
• Hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors/ HR systems is preferred

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge 

• Holder of recognised degree in Human Resources or related disciplines;
• Proficiency in video editing software and MS Office applications, e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written, fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
