Job Description
- Responsible for the sales order coordination and progress monitoring in the business support system (BSS)
- Maintain accurate data input and record updates in the system
- Monitor the sales ordering progress and timely distribution to relevant departments
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports for management review
- Work closely with multiple departments to enhance the sales workflow, account receivables and credit control
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as required
- Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with related experience will be preferred
- Willing to travel occasionally
