Job Description
Our client is a reputed educational group in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Centre Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer walk-in inquiries, calls, and follow-up with parents and students
- Introduce courses and suggest suitable courses for students
- Manage class schedules and co-ordinate teachers’ meetings
- Provide administrative support for centre and teachers
- Assist in seminars and events
- Handle ad hoc requirements
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma or higher
- At least 1 year of working experience in an administrative position (School or educational centre setting highly preferred)
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Love to interact with kids
- 5 days work, work on Saturdays
- Immediately available is highly preferred
