Job Description
Role Overview:
Seeking for a HR candidate who interested in HR Operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of the HRIS project including activity planning, progress review as well as performance analysis with vendor consultants
- Proactive communication and updates with superiors; hi-impact engagement with cross-functional stakeholders in HR, IT, Finance and others
- As well as managing expectations and soliciting buy-ins from the users
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the subject of HR, IT or related discipline
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in HR transformation and system implementation
- Hands-on project experience in supporting large-scale HRIS implementation
- High level of proficiency in O365, Teams, Visio and Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
- Professional knowledge of employee lifecycle and world-class HRIS solutions
