Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive secretarial services and administrative support for the senior management and department heads in Corporate Finance, including but not limited to arranging business trips, preparing reports and presentation materials, meeting minutes and document filing;
• Assist the daily operation of the department, including but not limited to arranging weekly meetings, expense reimbursement and document filing etc.;
• Handle various OA processes of the department (e.g. contract review, expense reimbursement, leave application and IT application etc.);
• Act as the central contact point to handle all the daily operations in Corporate Finance and communicate with other departments;
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• University degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other Business-related subjects;
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Corporate Finance;
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, good team player and responsible;
• Good communication, detail minded and strong problem solving skills;
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese & English, fluency in Mandarin
