Job Description

ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of general administration duties
  • Oversee office space, facilities, office equipment management and maintenance for smooth daily operation of the firm
  • Monitor and coordinate overall staff workflow and process to improve efficiency
  • Supervise administration team
  • Prepare tender documents, market analysis materials, performance reports
  • Liaise and supervise premises renovation projects
  • Secretarial support to senior management
  • Assist in recruitment and orientation of new staff
  • Review and maintain office administration policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • University graduates
  • At least 6 years’ experience in high level office administration duties
  • Knowledge of law firm operation an advantage
  • Experience in renovation/relocation and tenancy negotiation
  • Good problem-solving and constructive communication skills
  • Smart, mature and good team player
  • Self-driven, committed, organized and detail-minded
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Immediately available highly preferred
