Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the payroll vendor on payroll related matters
• Support full spectrum of compensation and benefits administration, such as tax filing, MPF, benefits, visa etc.
• Support offboarding and departure logistics
• Manage HRIS system data
• Conduct research and handle compliance matters with the HK Law Society

Requirements:

• Strong attention to details, flexible, proactive,
• Around 2-3 years of experience in handling payroll/ compensation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with attorneys and staff at all levels
• Excellent command of verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Open to candidate from other industry with a great learning attitude and passionate in joining the legal industry
