Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the payroll vendor on payroll related matters
- Support full spectrum of compensation and benefits administration, such as tax filing, MPF, benefits, visa etc.
- Support offboarding and departure logistics
- Manage HRIS system data
- Conduct research and handle compliance matters with the HK Law Society
Requirements:
- Strong attention to details, flexible, proactive,
- Around 2-3 years of experience in handling payroll/ compensation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with attorneys and staff at all levels
- Excellent command of verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Open to candidate from other industry with a great learning attitude and passionate in joining the legal industry

Our client is an international law firm with 20+ offices across the globe. They are now looking for a HR Officer to join their HR team. You will be handling compensation, HR operations and offboarding related matters for the Hong Kong office.
