Responsibilities:

• Responsible in managing whole payroll process, attendance, leave records.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Assist and support the implementation & execution of HR policies and procedures
• Assist and support C&B administration tasks (including : medical and insurance matters follow up, staff cases follow-up, etc.)
• Maintain excellent employee relations
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in similar role
• Good communication skills and proficiency in spoken & written English & Chinese
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel
• Solid payroll experience in sizable organizations
• Ability to work independently with good time management
• Proactive, meticulous and attention to details
• Immediately Available is highly preferred

Candidate with less experience would be considered as Human Resources Assistant.
