Role Overview:

Reputation financial company is seeking for a 6-month contract HR officer to assist their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in the HR Business Partner Team in delivering daily support on people agendas
• Support HR Business Partner to provide HR solutions to business units on people related matters, like annual performance review, annual salary pay cycle review, staff retention, etc.
• Provide timely and all-rounded administrative support including but not limited to onboarding, staff movement and separation arrangement
• Assist in preparing for various periodical analysis and reports for management review
• Participate in ad hoc projects by working with other HR team members

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with 1-2 years of related working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge of Workday is preferable
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
