Job Description
Role Overview:
Reputation financial company is seeking for a 6-month contract HR officer to assist their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in the HR Business Partner Team in delivering daily support on people agendas
- Support HR Business Partner to provide HR solutions to business units on people related matters, like annual performance review, annual salary pay cycle review, staff retention, etc.
- Provide timely and all-rounded administrative support including but not limited to onboarding, staff movement and separation arrangement
- Assist in preparing for various periodical analysis and reports for management review
- Participate in ad hoc projects by working with other HR team members
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder with 1-2 years of related working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge of Workday is preferable
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
