Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling repair, renovation and maintenance
- Assist in providing administrative support to repair/maintenance and renovation projects
- Liaise with branch staff, contractor and vendor to arrange maintenance schedule
- Assist in other office administrative duties
- Ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Secondary education
- Some working experience. Relevant exposure in property management/building maintenance is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, Independent and self-motivated
